But after resetting all the ACLs and doing the same test, no errors are reported on the local backup, but still are on the cloud. When I tried this earlier, it failed with the same issues. I have also tried doing a small subset test using the failing folders, but going to a local storage unit rather than to the cloud storage. tried running the service as a domain admin. ![]() used powershell to compare ACL between working and non-working folders. used powershell to copy the ACL from a working budget folder to ALL budget folders. Manually verified security settings are correct. They have even remoted in, no luck, but I don't know that it has gone higher up yet. IDrive support so far has not been able to find a cause. Partway through the F client folders, they stop backing up, and fail throughout the rest of the alphabet. The pattern thus far is that Client files A thru E (appleton, applewood, briarbrook for instance) have all backed up correctly. The idrive app is choking on the budget folders with the error: "There is no permission to backup the folder"īUT: some budget folders HAVE been backed up, while others have not.
